WORK EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

Private law practice since 1986: was counsel for several medical doctors, who had a range of matters involving bankruptcy, employees, collections, real estate, contracts and tax matters.  Represented debtors in bankruptcy for about 20 years prior to Probate practice. Have enjoyed representing international clients from France, Mexico, Germany, Canada, Bolivia and Great Britain who had legal issues in Texas involving child abduction, bankruptcy, probate matters and real estate.  

Worked for a physician’s outpatient radiology imaging facilities for about 6 years, planning for expansion, acquiring financing, negotiating commercial lease agreements and equipment acquisition, assisted with the management of these centers.  Years: 1979--1985, most while attending law school.

Presented U.S. bankruptcy course to students at Beijing University of Chemical Technology (Law School) for one week in June 2012 and also presented one three-hour course of Texas Family Law.
